Assiette is the French word for a plate and used in Denmark to define a small plate. The thought behind this series of plates is: eat less but better. When we fill our plate, our experience of satiety is influenced by what our eyes see in terms of a full plate.
A smaller plate offers you the possibility to pause and sense your level of satiety during the meal.
The assiettes come in three sizes for dinner, lunch/breakfast and dessert/cheese/tea-time. They are glazed with a vivid light brown glaze.
